A random thought was running in my mind to write about a celebrity who best suits the mood of the day. We will make this Valentine’s Day special with none other than the most eligible bachelor in his 80’s Mr. Ratan Tata.

Though his name needs no introduction, the former chairperson of the Tata group is, of course, a larger than life figure in the business world. But today we will peep into his personal life. Many of us remain curious to know why this handsome man in his youth never got married. But after a long wait, he has opened up about his love life and revealed how he was just on the verge of marriage but returned. He also admits that he fell in love and the reason for his unfulfilled love story.

Ratan Tata was in Los Angeles when the cupid bestowed love on him. He fell in love with a girl from LA and he has committed about his relationship because his grandmother taught him to be a gentleman with dignity.

As he was on the verge of his marriage, he returned home to India to see his ailing grandmother who was sick for the last seven years. Fortune was not in favor of this bright and intelligent boy then. The Indo-China war in the year 1962 became their main reason to leave their story incomplete.
